This team is an extreme disappointment. Marina does not respond to any client requests, even after making a 50% down payment on the project.

It has taken 3 months just to get a logo design and Facebook cover, which looks amateur with no creativity. I have reached out to her many times by email, project tool, phone, and letter with no response. Legal action should be taken against this company. Do not do business here.

You may be told that the company is located in America, but no one working on your project is in the US. None of the team members are real employees.

They are acquired through an employee leasing firm in Russia and other countries. You are better off spending a little more money up front and working with a local agency willing to meet with you in person.

See below, marketing manager and owner have been waiting for a response from Marina for 3 weeks.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $3334.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I am the owner of Web Loft Designs. This client was contacted through email and by phone several times as we tried to move forward with the project.

We asked for feedback on what she did not like and only heard, "you are the designers, you figure it out."

After going back and forth for all this time, we finally provided the client a full refund in order to clear the project from our responsibility and the client agreed to remove the negative reviews, but as you can see, has not.

Secondly the client was being managed by a former employee of ours who was using our company to build her own consulting business. She set out to poison this relationship and all in all, a very unethical person who even attempted to collect unemployment while still on our payroll.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

First-off, your site will take 4, maybe 5 times longer than they quote you. Ours was supposed to be done summer of 2012. We're already into the fall of 2013!

You will regret it from the moment you first make a payment. their liaison left because he couldn't handle the way we (and others) were being treated. He was constantly making excuses for them and trying to get them to own-up, and they placed all the blame on us for their mistakes. The owner, Marina, has absolutely no integrity what-so-ever! She is impossible to deal with. Their staff doesn't speak English very well, and would often misinterpret the things we asked them to do, or do them entirely wrong, and then try to charge us for their mistakes.

This is BY FAR the most terrible experience we've had in ANY part of our dealings over the past 5 years. They took down our site because we are disputing a charge (again, one of their mistakes they're trying to pin on us) and refuse to answer calls, emails or have any interaction until their fees are paid.

I cannot even express to you the poor work ethic, communication, and ethics these people have.

Update as of Oct 7, 2013:

We are no longer dealing with Web Loft Designs (thank God!)

We blocked them from accessing our site because they were maliciously going in and deleting content they initially made...ridiculous! Luckily for us they didn't even do that right, and coupled with the fact that our current web guy is amazing- said content was retrievable.
